How to reach the Beutenberg campus

By public transport

From the city center, choose either of the bus lines 10, 11, 12, 13 to reach the Beutenberg campus. A map of the public transport in Jena is available for download here. Urgent note: Due to current construction works and roadbloacks in Jena, these buses will not follow their original routes. Instead, all buses will terminate at the local bus stop "Carl Zeiss Werk". From there, you can reach the Beutenberg campus by a 10 minutes walk. If you are in Jena for the first time, please refer to the bus drivers for further information.

Once you arrive at the campus, the conference venue is marked as number 11 on the Beutenberg campus map.

By car

It is not advisable to approach the Beutenberg campus by car due to the currently difficult traffic situation and the lack of public parking lots at the campus. However, if you wish to arrive by car, use "Hans-Knöll-Str. 1" as major input for your GPS system.
